Ideas that made it.

Each project lists what I did, the stack, and the decisions under the hood. Most client work is under NDA, so some builds are described without names. I'm happy to walk through any of them on a call.

ReAgent Insights

Agents used to make market reports by hand. Now software does it, and they pay monthly for it.

Problem

Every month, agents rebuilt the same neighborhood update from scratch. It went out unbranded, if it went out at all.

Built

A branded PDF for every neighborhood, emailed to every client and billed through Stripe. Agents upload their logo once.

Under the hood
  • Multi-page PDF reports rendered from HTML templates with jsPDF and html2canvas, carrying each agent's branding.
  • Stripe subscriptions with plan limits for Bronze, Gold and Platinum, plus a free tier for homeowners.
  • Bulk email through SendGrid with merge-tag templates and a sent status per client.
  • Neighborhoods managed on a Leaflet map, with separate portals for admins, agents and homeowners.
Isopter clinic website
HealthcareAIIllinois, USALive

Isopter

A second opinion on your eyes, without a second waiting room.

Problem

A patient leaves with an eye diagnosis and a lot of questions. Getting a specialist's second opinion meant phone calls and waiting.

Built

An AI questionnaire handles intake, patients book from a live calendar, and doctors publish articles that answer the rest.

RoleDesigned and built end to end for a working clinic.
Stack
AngularFirebaseFirestoreCloud FunctionsCloud RunOpenAI
Under the hood
  • AI pre-assessment runs as a separate service on Google Cloud Run, apart from the web app.
  • Booking against live doctor availability, with automatic time-zone handling for phone consults.
  • A doctor-run blog and FAQ, with articles that link back into the questionnaire.
  • Three role-based portals: admin, doctor and patient, including an appointments hub and enquiry inbox.
Shotwise careers site

Shotwise

Hiring, sales and delivery for an AI commercials studio, running on shared hosting with no database server.

Problem

The studio needed one place for hiring, leads, quotes, editing deadlines and payments, on basic shared hosting.

Built

A careers site with a one-question-per-screen application and a scoring dashboard, plus an internal work system from lead to payment.

Under the hood
  • One front controller routes every request. A permission map covers admin, manager, sales and editor, with an audit log.
  • Every project runs on a 24-hour delivery timer. A sweep flags overdue work on page loads and from cron.
  • Code and data live outside the web root. The first admin is created with a one-time setup key, and there is no public sign-up.
  • The hiring dashboard has a status pipeline, fit score, notes, CSV export and access-controlled CV downloads.
